Installment Portal Service

    • Register as a new customer
    • Edit account information

Terms of Service

  • Customers wishing to enter into an installment plan with the Office of Motor Vehicles will only be allowed to do so one time. Those customers in an active installment plan prior to August 31, 2018, who default on any remaining payments owed, will be allowed to enter into one additional installment plan. If you become ineligible to enter into an installment plan due to default, you will be required to pay all remaining fees owed in full.

    This portal was designed to allow customers in an active plan the ability to edit their personal information and payment type, view payments already processed, print a receipt, make additional payments, (if an additional online payment is made, the regular payments scheduled on the 10th will still occur) or pay in full.

    If you are a new customer, you will need to create an account. Please make sure you have access to the email address used on your installment plan. Please make sure you remember your logon name, password, and the answers to your security questions.

    If you are an existing customer and have forgotten your password, click forgot password, and follow the instructions to reset your password.

    If your plan is suspended or you are not currently in a plan, then you will not be able to access the portal. If your plan is suspended and you want to enter into a new plan, then you will need to visit an installment office. Once your plan is reactivated, you will again have access to the portal.
